This page explains how to delete your data, and where applicable your account, for products provided by WEU Innovations Pvt Ltd (CIN U62099UP2023PTC180850).
Deletion works differently across our products because they store data differently. Some products keep everything on your own device and never send it to us; for those, deleting the app deletes the data. Others use an account and cloud storage; for those, we delete server-side records on request.
If you are unsure which applies to you, write to contact@weuinnovations.in and we will help.
How to request deletion
For any product covered by our Privacy & Data Policy, you may request deletion by emailing:

Please include:
- the product name;
- the email address or account identifier used with the product; and
- what you want deleted — the account, specific data, or both.
We may need to verify that the request relates to you before acting on it. We aim to acknowledge requests within 7 days and complete verified deletion requests within 30 days, unless a longer period is permitted or required by law.
Product-by-product
Truck Trip Manager
Truck Trip Manager stores your trips, receipts, documents, voice notes, mileage and reports on your device.
To delete everything on the device: open the app, go to More → Data → Delete All Data, and confirm. This permanently removes every trip, entry, document, recording and report held by the app. Deleting the app from your device also removes them.
Where cloud synchronisation is enabled for a business account, records are also held in our cloud infrastructure. Deleting your account removes your user record and access. Business records belonging to a trucking company or other organisation are controlled by that organisation, which may be legally required to retain accounting, tax and compliance records; requests concerning those records are coordinated with that organisation.
Exporting a backup before deleting is recommended, because deletion cannot be reversed.
Cinematic Pro, Cineprompter and Cinematic Pro AI Studio
Projects, scripts and media that remain on your device are deleted when you delete them in the app or uninstall it.
Where you have a Cinematic Pro account and have used cloud-powered features, email us to delete the account and the associated server-side content. Uploaded media and generated results linked to the account are removed, subject to backup cycles and any retention required by law.
SahiScan
Documents, scans, signatures, IDs and generated files are processed on your device and are not uploaded to us for ordinary document processing. Deleting them in the app, or uninstalling it, removes them.
If you created an optional SahiScan account, email us to delete the account and its profile information.
SABA AI
The SABA AI workspace — opportunities, notes, follow-ups and configuration — is stored in your Brave or Chrome browser profile. Removing the extension, or clearing its storage from the browser's extension settings, deletes it. We do not operate a lead-storage backend for this workspace.
TechWeu and TorqueNM
These are websites. If you submitted a comment, contact form, community submission or newsletter subscription, email us to have it removed. You can clear cookies and local storage through your browser at any time.
What happens to subscriptions
Deleting an account does not cancel a subscription. Subscriptions bought through Apple's App Store or Google Play are managed by those stores, and must be cancelled there:
- Apple: Settings → your name → Subscriptions
- Google Play: Play Store → Profile → Payments & subscriptions → Subscriptions
Cancel an active subscription before deleting an account if you want future billing to stop.
What we may retain after deletion
Some information may be retained after a deletion request where the law or a legitimate obligation requires it, including for:
- financial, taxation and accounting records;
- fraud prevention and security;
- resolving a dispute; and
- complying with a legal or regulatory requirement.
Retained information is not kept in order to continue ordinary product use after deletion, and is removed once the obligation ends.
