This Privacy & Data Policy explains how WEU Innovations Pvt Ltd ("WEU Innovations", "WEU", "we", "us" or "our") handles personal information and other data when you use our websites, mobile applications, browser extensions, services and other products.
WEU Innovations Pvt Ltd is an Indian private limited company, CIN U62099UP2023PTC180850.
This Policy applies to WEU Innovations and products that link to this Policy, including:
- Cinematic Pro
- Cineprompter by CinematicPro
- Cinematic Pro AI Studio
- SahiScan
- SABA AI
- Truck Trip Manager
- TechWeu
- TorqueNM
- BadhaiDo, where this Policy is linked from the product
- other WEU Innovations products that expressly link to this Policy
Because our products perform very different functions, they do not all collect or process the same information. Product-specific sections below explain these differences.
1. Our privacy principles
We design our products around the following principles:
- collect only information reasonably required to provide the product;
- process information on-device where practical;
- do not upload private files merely because a product can process them locally;
- do not sell personal information;
- do not intentionally share personal information with data brokers;
- use service providers only where required to operate a product or a feature selected by the user;
- provide reasonable controls for accessing, correcting or deleting information;
- protect sensitive content from unnecessary logs, analytics and advertising systems; and
- clearly distinguish local processing from cloud processing.
2. Information that may be collected
Depending on the product you use, we may process the following categories of information.
Account and profile information
Where a product provides sign-in or accounts, this may include:
- name;
- email address;
- phone number;
- user or account identifier;
- profile information you choose to provide;
- company or organisation name;
- role or permissions;
- authentication status; and
- information supplied by an authentication provider such as Google, Apple or Facebook.
We do not receive your Google, Apple, Facebook or other identity-provider password.
Information you provide to us
This may include:
- feedback;
- support requests;
- emails;
- bug reports;
- survey responses;
- contact-form submissions;
- feature suggestions; and
- other information you intentionally send to WEU Innovations.
Device and technical information
Depending on the product and enabled services, this may include:
- app version;
- device model;
- operating-system version;
- browser type;
- IP address;
- app-instance identifiers;
- crash information;
- performance measurements;
- notification tokens;
- security and fraud-prevention information; and
- basic usage events.
We do not intentionally place document contents, private media contents, passwords or other sensitive user-generated content into diagnostics unless a user explicitly sends such information to us for support.
3. Product-specific data practices
Cinematic Pro
Cinematic Pro requires cloud services for parts of its video-creation workflow.
Depending on the feature you use, Cinematic Pro may process:
- account information;
- uploaded video, photo or audio;
- transcripts;
- captions;
- generated clips;
- video-analysis results;
- project metadata;
- subscription or plan status;
- connected social-account information when you choose to connect an account;
- performance information from connected creator accounts where you expressly authorise access;
- support communications; and
- operational server diagnostics.
Media submitted to cloud-powered features may be transmitted to WEU Innovations infrastructure and to service providers required to perform the requested operation.
Current services used by Cinematic Pro may include services provided by:
- Google, including Gemini and Google Cloud Speech;
- OpenAI;
- Cloudflare, including object storage;
- Sentry;
- Razorpay;
- Meta, Google/YouTube and other social platforms when you deliberately connect those accounts;
- Unsplash when you request stock imagery; and
- other processors that may be introduced for a disclosed product function.
A provider is permitted to receive only the information reasonably necessary to provide the relevant function.
Cinematic Pro does not sell user videos or personal information.
Unless WEU explicitly introduces a separately disclosed and consented programme, content uploaded to ordinary Cinematic Pro workflows is not provided by WEU for training WEU's own generative models.
Where a feature operates locally on the user's device, media does not need to be uploaded merely because another Cinematic Pro feature uses cloud infrastructure.
Cineprompter by CinematicPro
Scripts, script titles, folders, reading positions and prompter configuration are designed to remain on the user's device.
WEU Innovations does not operate a script-storage service for ordinary Cineprompter scripts.
Cineprompter may separately use services for:
- optional authentication;
- operational analytics;
- subscriptions;
- advertising;
- crash or performance diagnostics; and
- support.
Advertising systems must not receive the content of your scripts from WEU Innovations.
Cinematic Pro AI Studio
AI Studio is designed around on-device editing for supported Photo Studio, video and audio workflows.
Selected source media, local project references and exports remain on the user's device unless the user intentionally shares or exports them or uses a separately disclosed feature requiring cloud processing.
The product may separately use platform services for:
- authentication;
- operational analytics;
- crash reporting;
- remote configuration;
- notifications; and
- advertising.
Media contents, filenames and local file paths should not be used as advertising or ordinary analytics data.
SahiScan
SahiScan is designed so that document-processing functions happen on the user's device.
Documents processed in SahiScan may include:
- photographs;
- scanned documents;
- signatures;
- IDs;
- Aadhaar copies;
- PDFs;
- OCR text;
- application files; and
- other files selected by the user.
These files are not uploaded to WEU Innovations merely to perform SahiScan's normal document-processing functions.
They remain in application-managed or user-selected storage on the device unless the user deliberately shares or exports them.
Where optional sign-in or profile synchronisation is enabled, SahiScan may process:
- email address;
- name;
- optional phone number;
- optional date of birth;
- optional gender; and
- other profile fields clearly presented to the user.
Signing in does not cause SahiScan documents to be uploaded to WEU Innovations.
SahiScan is supported by advertising and may use Google AdMob. Google and related advertising services may process data such as advertising identifiers, device information, IP-derived approximate location, ad interactions and fraud-prevention information according to applicable consent settings and Google's policies.
SahiScan may also use crash and performance services. Sensitive document contents must not intentionally be included in those reports.
Some supported on-device Google or operating-system components may require an initial model or component download. That does not mean WEU Innovations receives the document being processed.
SABA AI
SABA AI is a local-first browser extension.
SABA AI may process information visible on supported websites when the user deliberately runs its discovery and workflow functions, including:
- public software-development opportunities;
- source information;
- publicly available contact routes;
- website content required to assess an opportunity;
- saved or ignored opportunities;
- manager notes;
- follow-up dates;
- pipeline status;
- contact activity;
- configuration;
- source-readiness state; and
- other locally maintained workspace information.
This workspace is stored in the user's current Brave or Chrome profile.
WEU Innovations does not operate a SABA AI lead-storage backend for this workspace.
SABA AI does not intentionally collect or copy:
- website passwords;
- authentication passwords;
- authentication cookies;
- browser-session cookies; or
- platform login tokens.
Users authenticate directly with third-party websites using those websites' normal sign-in processes.
SABA AI may open an email address, telephone route or platform messaging interface chosen by the user. It does not automatically send emails, direct messages or telephone calls.
Local backups and exports created by the user remain under the user's control.
Third-party websites accessed through SABA AI remain subject to their own terms, privacy policies and platform rules.
Truck Trip Manager
Truck Trip Manager is a business and fleet-management product. Its data handling is therefore substantially different from local-only products such as SahiScan and SABA AI.
Depending on your organisation's configuration and the functions you use, Truck Trip Manager may process:
Account and organisation information
- name;
- email;
- authentication information;
- company information;
- business settings;
- user role;
- permissions;
- driver, owner, administrator or accountant relationship; and
- security and audit information.
Fleet information
- trucks;
- trailers;
- drivers;
- vehicle identifiers;
- fleet information; and
- related operational records.
Trip information
- origin and destination;
- trip dates;
- odometer readings;
- jurisdiction or state/province mileage;
- trip status;
- load-related information;
- BOL and POD information;
- approvals;
- corrections; and
- audit history.
Financial and operational records
- fuel purchases;
- revenue;
- repairs;
- parking;
- tolls;
- scale charges;
- expenses;
- vendor information;
- receipt details;
- accounting classifications; and
- reporting information.
Documents and media
When you choose to capture or upload them:
- receipt photographs;
- BOL documents;
- POD documents;
- invoices;
- maintenance photographs;
- scanned documents;
- files;
- voice notes; and
- generated reports.
Truck Trip Manager uses cloud infrastructure so that authorised business users can synchronise and access information across devices and web interfaces.
Cloud infrastructure may include Google Cloud services such as authentication/Identity Platform, Cloud Run, Cloud SQL and Cloud Storage, together with Apple Push Notification Service and Firebase Cloud Messaging for notifications where implemented.
Truck Trip Manager is designed to apply role-based access controls, tenant isolation and security controls so one organisation's data is not intentionally exposed to another organisation.
Some information may remain temporarily on a device to support offline operation and synchronise when connectivity returns.
Location
Truck Trip Manager does not need to continuously track location merely because a trip exists.
If WEU introduces GPS-assisted mileage, route reconstruction or another location-dependent feature, location access must be associated with that feature and disclosed through the operating-system permission process.
Where location collection is optional, users may be provided with a manual alternative where reasonably possible.
OCR, speech and automated processing
Receipt scanning, document recognition and voice processing may use on-device processing where practical.
Cloud processing may be used where a feature requires it or where local processing cannot reliably complete the requested task.
Automated processing is intended to assist users. Truck Trip Manager should not silently make final sensitive accounting or compliance decisions on behalf of a business without appropriate user review.
Business customers and their personnel
Where Truck Trip Manager is supplied to a trucking company or other organisation, that organisation may control information relating to its drivers, accountants, employees or contractors.
In those circumstances, WEU Innovations may process information on behalf of that organisation to provide the service.
Requests concerning business records may therefore need to be coordinated with the organisation that controls those records, particularly where the organisation has a lawful obligation to retain accounting, tax, employment, fleet or compliance records.
TechWeu
TechWeu is a technology media website.
It may process:
- web-server logs;
- IP addresses;
- browser and device information;
- cookies;
- analytics information;
- advertising information;
- contact submissions;
- comments or other content voluntarily submitted by visitors; and
- information associated with newsletters or accounts if those services are offered.
TechWeu may contain advertising and affiliate links.
Third-party advertising providers may process identifiers, cookies or related information in accordance with their own policies and the consent choices available to the visitor.
Affiliate retailers receive information according to their own policies when a visitor chooses to follow an affiliate link to their service.
TorqueNM
TorqueNM is an automotive content and community property.
Depending on the features available on the website, it may process:
- ordinary web-server information;
- cookies;
- analytics;
- advertising information;
- comments;
- contact submissions;
- community submissions; and
- other information intentionally provided by visitors.
Third-party video, social, advertising or embedded services may process information when those services are loaded or used.
4. Websites and cookies
WEU Innovations websites may use technologies such as cookies, local storage or similar mechanisms for legitimate functions including:
- remembering preferences;
- maintaining sessions;
- security;
- analytics;
- measuring site performance;
- advertising where applicable; and
- consent management.
Not every WEU website uses every category.
Where consent is legally required before optional analytics or advertising technologies are used, the relevant website should provide an appropriate consent mechanism.
Users can also control many cookies through their browser.
5. Why we process information
Depending on the product, information may be processed to:
- create and authenticate accounts;
- provide requested functions;
- save and synchronise projects or business records;
- process media or documents;
- operate subscriptions;
- provide advertisements;
- communicate with users;
- deliver notifications;
- generate reports;
- provide customer support;
- protect users and services against abuse;
- diagnose failures;
- maintain security;
- fulfil contracts;
- comply with legal obligations; and
- improve reliability and product functionality using appropriately limited operational information.
Where consent is the appropriate legal basis, users may withdraw that consent subject to technical and legal limitations.
6. Service providers and third parties
We may use service providers for functions such as:
- hosting;
- storage;
- databases;
- authentication;
- artificial intelligence;
- transcription;
- analytics;
- crash diagnostics;
- advertising;
- payment processing;
- email;
- push notifications; and
- customer support.
These providers process information according to the services they provide and their applicable contractual and privacy obligations.
Using a third-party website, retailer, social network or platform independently of a WEU product is governed by that third party's privacy policy.
7. Sale of personal information
WEU Innovations does not sell personal information as part of its ordinary business model.
WEU Innovations does not intentionally provide personal information to data brokers.
Advertising providers on an advertising-supported property may independently process device, cookie or advertising information for advertising, measurement and fraud prevention. Where applicable law defines certain advertising disclosures as "sharing", users are provided with rights and controls required by that law.
8. Data retention
We keep information only for as long as reasonably required for:
- the purpose for which it was collected;
- providing an active account or service;
- the retention period selected or required by a business customer;
- security;
- dispute resolution;
- fraud prevention;
- financial or taxation obligations;
- regulatory or legal requirements; and
- backup and disaster-recovery cycles.
Local-only content remains until the user removes it, clears application/browser storage or uninstalls the relevant product, depending on the product.
Cloud projects remain until deleted by the user, the relevant account is deleted, the organisation controlling the data removes them, or applicable retention rules require otherwise.
Some records may need to be retained after an account-deletion request when the law or a legitimate regulatory, financial, security or dispute-resolution obligation requires retention.
Such retained information will not be kept merely to continue ordinary product use after deletion.
9. Security
We use safeguards appropriate to the type of product and information involved.
These may include:
- encrypted network connections;
- encryption at rest where appropriate;
- private cloud storage;
- authentication;
- role-based authorisation;
- tenant isolation;
- signed or time-limited access mechanisms;
- multi-factor authentication for appropriate administrative functions;
- restricted service permissions;
- audit trails;
- secure device storage;
- rate limiting;
- monitoring;
- backups; and
- dependency and security reviews.
No electronic storage or transmission system can guarantee absolute security.
Users are responsible for protecting their devices, browsers, passwords, exported files and account credentials.
10. International processing
WEU Innovations is based in India, while some technology providers and cloud services operate infrastructure in other countries.
Information may therefore be processed in jurisdictions different from the user's country.
Where required, WEU Innovations will use appropriate safeguards for international transfers.
Business customers of Truck Trip Manager may also select or be assigned infrastructure based on the service configuration offered to them.
11. Your privacy rights
Depending on where you live and the laws applicable to the processing, you may have rights concerning your personal data, including rights to:
- know what information is processed;
- access information;
- correct inaccurate information;
- request deletion;
- withdraw consent;
- object to or restrict certain processing;
- request portability where applicable;
- opt out of certain advertising-related sharing where applicable; and
- raise a grievance or complaint.
These rights may be subject to legal exceptions.
In India, requests will be handled in accordance with applicable Indian privacy law, including the Digital Personal Data Protection framework as applicable to the relevant processing.
Residents of jurisdictions such as the European Economic Area, United Kingdom or California may have additional rights under their applicable privacy laws.
We will not discriminate against a person merely for exercising an applicable privacy right.
To make a request, contact:
contact@weuinnovations.in
We may need to verify that the request relates to you before providing, changing or deleting personal data.
For information controlled by an employer or other Truck Trip Manager business customer, we may refer the request to or coordinate with that organisation.
12. Account and data deletion
Account and data deletion procedures differ by product.
Detailed instructions are available at:
https://weuinnovations.in/legal/delete-data/
Products that allow account creation should also provide an appropriate deletion pathway inside the app where required by the applicable app-store rules.
Deleting an account is different from cancelling a subscription. Store-managed subscriptions may need to be cancelled separately through Google Play or Apple's App Store.
13. Children
Our general-audience productivity, creator, business and media products are not intentionally directed to children under 13.
We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13 through products that are not designed for children.
Where a product or jurisdiction requires a higher minimum age or parental consent, those requirements apply.
If you believe a child has provided personal information contrary to these requirements, contact us so the matter can be reviewed.
14. Third-party links and platforms
WEU products may contain links to websites, app stores, retailers, social networks, government portals, professional networks or other third parties.
We do not control their privacy or security practices.
Following a link or using another service is subject to that service's terms and privacy policy.
15. Changes to this Policy
Products change over time.
We may update this Policy when:
- a product adds or removes a feature;
- data-handling practices change;
- service providers change;
- legal requirements change; or
- we introduce a new product under this Policy.
The date at the top of this Policy identifies the currently published version.
Where a change materially affects how existing personal information is used, we will provide additional notice or obtain consent where required.
