These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern access to and use of websites, applications, browser extensions and services provided by WEU Innovations Pvt Ltd, including products that link to these Terms.
These products may include Cinematic Pro, Cineprompter by CinematicPro, Cinematic Pro AI Studio, SahiScan, SABA AI, Truck Trip Manager, TechWeu, TorqueNM, BadhaiDo and other WEU Innovations products that expressly link to these Terms.
By using a covered product, you agree to these Terms.
If you do not agree, do not use the relevant product.
1. WEU Innovations

2. Product-specific terms
Our products perform different functions.
A clause specifically referring to one product applies only to that product.
Additional product-specific notices presented inside an app or website form part of these Terms where applicable.
3. Accounts
Some WEU products require an account, some provide optional accounts, and others require no WEU account.
You agree to:
- provide accurate information where information is required;
- keep your account and authentication method secure;
- not impersonate another person or organisation;
- use only accounts you are authorised to use; and
- notify us if you reasonably believe your WEU account has been compromised.
Organisation administrators using products such as Truck Trip Manager are responsible for assigning appropriate user roles and removing access when a person is no longer authorised.
Some WEU applications may share an authentication system. Where this applies, the product will disclose it.
4. Your content
Except for rights necessary to provide the service, WEU Innovations does not claim ownership of content that you lawfully create, record or upload.
This can include:
- videos;
- photographs;
- audio;
- scripts;
- documents;
- scans;
- business records;
- trip records;
- receipts;
- notes; and
- other user-created material.
You grant WEU Innovations and its service providers a limited licence to process content only as reasonably necessary to provide the feature or service you requested, protect the service, comply with law, or fulfil other purposes described in the Privacy & Data Policy.
For content processed entirely on-device and never transmitted to WEU Innovations, no server-side processing licence is required because WEU does not possess that content.
You are responsible for ensuring you have the necessary rights and permissions to upload, process, publish or share content.
5. Acceptable use
You must not use a WEU product to:
- violate applicable law;
- infringe intellectual-property, privacy or other rights;
- impersonate another person;
- create or knowingly facilitate fraudulent documents;
- harass, threaten or unlawfully discriminate against another person;
- distribute malware;
- interfere with the security or operation of the product;
- gain unauthorised access to accounts or systems;
- bypass technical safeguards;
- abuse APIs, infrastructure or usage limits;
- reverse engineer a product except where applicable law expressly permits it;
- resell a consumer account or service without authorisation; or
- use a product in a manner that materially harms WEU Innovations, another user or a third party.
We may suspend or terminate access where reasonably necessary to protect users, infrastructure, third parties or WEU Innovations.
6. Cinematic Pro and AI-generated results
Automated editing, transcription, captioning, enhancement, analysis, recommendations and generative-AI features can make mistakes.
WEU Innovations does not guarantee:
- transcription accuracy;
- caption accuracy;
- AI analysis accuracy;
- predicted engagement;
- audience performance;
- factual accuracy of generated material;
- that automated edits will suit every creative purpose; or
- that content will achieve a particular number of views, followers, sales or other result.
Review outputs that matter before publishing or relying on them.
You remain responsible for the content you publish.
7. SahiScan
SahiScan helps users create and prepare files according to stated dimensions, file sizes and other requirements.
Government bodies, examination authorities, educational institutions and other portals may change their requirements without notice.
Unless expressly stated otherwise, SahiScan is not operated by, endorsed by or affiliated with any government authority, examination authority or application portal.
You must verify important submission requirements against the current official notification or authority.
SahiScan does not guarantee that a file will be accepted by a third-party portal.
The ID masking and similar privacy tools are user-assistance tools. You must review the final result before sharing it.
SahiScan must not be used to fabricate identity documents, signatures, certificates, examination materials or other deceptive records.
Nothing in SahiScan constitutes legal, immigration, examination or administrative advice.
8. SABA AI
SABA AI is a productivity tool that helps users discover and organise publicly visible software-development opportunity information.
It does not guarantee:
- that an opportunity is genuine;
- that a person will respond;
- that a lead will become a customer;
- that information visible on a third-party website is accurate; or
- that a supported third-party platform will continue to permit a particular workflow.
The user remains responsible for reviewing each opportunity before acting.
SABA AI does not authorise users to violate another website's terms, access controls, rate limits or applicable law.
Users must perform outreach lawfully and respectfully.
SABA AI does not automatically send emails, telephone calls or platform direct messages. The user makes the final contact decision.
9. Truck Trip Manager
Truck Trip Manager is an operational recordkeeping and fleet-management tool.
It may assist with trips, mileage, expenses, fuel, documents, reporting, accounting preparation, jurisdiction summaries and related business workflows.
Truck Trip Manager is not, unless expressly certified and identified as such:
- a certified Electronic Logging Device;
- a regulated accounting firm;
- a tax adviser;
- a legal adviser;
- a government filing service;
- a dispatch authority;
- an insurance provider; or
- a substitute for legally required records or professional advice.
Users and customer organisations are responsible for:
- entering and reviewing accurate information;
- maintaining records required by applicable law;
- reviewing calculations and reports before relying on them;
- complying with tax and transportation rules;
- deciding how long business records must be retained;
- managing user access;
- keeping appropriate independent backups or exports where required; and
- confirming filings with their accountant, tax professional or relevant authority.
OCR, voice parsing, document classification, duplicate detection and other automated functions are assistance tools.
A suggested classification or extracted value should be reviewed before it becomes an important accounting or compliance record.
GPS-assisted functionality, if offered, does not replace any legally mandated certified tracking or ELD requirement unless expressly stated and separately certified.
10. TechWeu and TorqueNM
TechWeu and TorqueNM provide editorial, review, educational and entertainment content.
Prices, specifications, availability, laws, regulations, product features and other information can change after an article or video is published.
Content is provided for general information and should be independently verified before making an important purchasing, financial, technical, safety or legal decision.
Reviews represent the editorial assessment presented at the time of publication.
Some content may contain affiliate links. WEU Innovations may receive a commission when a user purchases through such a link, at no additional cost to the buyer.
Sponsored material should be identified where applicable.
Third-party trademarks, product names and logos remain the property of their respective owners.
11. Third-party services
WEU products may use or link to services supplied by companies such as app stores, payment processors, cloud providers, advertising providers, AI providers, authentication providers, social networks, retailers and other platforms.
Those services may have their own terms.
WEU Innovations is not responsible for an independent third-party service merely because a WEU product links to or integrates with it.
12. Browser and operating-system permissions
Some features require operating-system or browser permissions, such as:
- camera;
- photographs or media;
- microphone;
- notifications;
- location;
- local storage;
- browser-site access; or
- display-over-other-apps functionality.
A permission should be used for the function associated with it.
Users can manage many permissions through operating-system or browser settings.
Denying a permission may prevent the associated feature from functioning.
13. Subscriptions and payments
Some WEU products are free, some are advertising-supported, and some provide paid plans or subscriptions.
Prices and billing terms are shown before purchase.
Depending on the product, payments may be handled by:
- Google Play;
- Apple's App Store;
- Razorpay; or
- another disclosed payment provider.
Where a store manages the subscription, cancellation and refund rights are also subject to that store's rules.
Deleting a WEU account does not necessarily cancel a subscription controlled by an app store.
Users should cancel an active store subscription through the relevant store before deleting an account if they want future store billing to stop.
Product-specific refund and cancellation rules presented at purchase or on the applicable product website also apply.
14. Advertising
Some products are supported by advertising.
Advertising content is supplied by external advertising networks and WEU Innovations cannot guarantee the suitability or accuracy of every advertisement displayed.
An advertisement is not an endorsement by WEU Innovations unless expressly identified as such.
Advertising practices and associated data handling are described in the Privacy & Data Policy.
15. Intellectual property
Except for user-owned content and third-party material, WEU products, including their:
- software;
- source code;
- designs;
- interfaces;
- trademarks;
- product names;
- graphics;
- proprietary processing systems;
- written content;
- videos;
- branding; and
- other original material
are owned by or licensed to WEU Innovations.
These Terms do not transfer ownership of WEU intellectual property to the user.
16. Beta, experimental and preview features
Some WEU features may be labelled beta, preview, experimental, early access or coming soon.
Such features may:
- change substantially;
- contain errors;
- be unavailable temporarily;
- have usage limitations; or
- be withdrawn.
Do not rely on an experimental feature as the sole repository for information you cannot afford to lose.
17. Availability
We work to provide reliable products, but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.
Availability can be affected by:
- maintenance;
- internet failures;
- cloud providers;
- third-party APIs;
- app stores;
- browser changes;
- operating-system updates;
- service outages; and
- events outside our reasonable control.
18. No warranty
To the maximum extent permitted by law, WEU products are supplied on an "as available" and "as is" basis.
Nothing in these Terms excludes a consumer guarantee or other right that applicable law does not permit us to exclude.
19. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, WEU Innovations will not be responsible for indirect, special, incidental or consequential losses resulting from use of a product.
This includes, where legally permitted, loss arising from:
- failure to keep an independent copy of local content;
- reliance on an AI-generated result;
- missed application deadlines;
- rejection by a third-party portal;
- inaccurate user-entered business records;
- loss of a business opportunity;
- third-party platform changes; or
- unavailable third-party services.
Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited.
20. Account suspension and termination
You may stop using a product at any time.
Where an account exists, you may request deletion using the process described in our Data & Account Deletion page.
WEU Innovations may restrict or terminate access when reasonably necessary because of:
- serious or repeated violations of these Terms;
- fraud;
- security threats;
- unlawful activity;
- non-payment of a paid service; or
- legal requirements.
Where practical and lawful, we will provide reasonable notice.

22. Changes
We may update these Terms as our products, business or legal obligations change.
The date at the top identifies the current published version.
Material changes may also be communicated through an app, website or account notice where appropriate.
23. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of India, subject to mandatory consumer protections that apply in a user's jurisdiction.
Subject to applicable law, disputes concerning WEU Innovations will be subject to the jurisdiction of the competent courts in Uttar Pradesh, India.
